n Hero Honda sold 472,055 units in the month of February 2011, a strong growth
of 23.5% YoY. Sequentially the volumes were up by 1%.
n Bajaj Auto will be adding new dealerships in the next couple of months that will
increase competition for Hero Honda.
n Company's YTD growth rate stands at 16.8% which is strong but still below the
average industry growth rate. We expect the company to close FY11 with sales
of 5.35mn units.
n Moving into FY12, we expect the company's volumes to grow broadly in line
with the industry growth rate.
