Public issue of "Tax Free Bonds" from Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO), A Government of India Enterprise. 

Issue opens on 02/03/2016 & closes on 10/03/2016. FOR RETAIL INVESTORS (upto Rs.10 lacs) : 7.29% for 10 years & 7.69% for 15 years payable annually. FOR HNI INVESTORS : 7.04% for 10 years & 7.39% for 15 years payable annually.   Minimum investment amount Rs.5,000/- and in multiples of Rs.1000/-. Bonds can be held in Physical/Demat mode. Credit Ratings of "CARE AAA" by CARE & "IND AAA" by IRRPL. Proposed to be listed on BSE. Trading allowed ONLY in Demat mode.

Allotment will be on "First Come First Serve" Basis.
