Pfaudler Inc. (the "Promoter") ("Seller") has submitted to BSE a copy of Notice of Offer for Sale of 242,472 equity shares of face value of INR 2 each ("Sale Shares"), aggregating to 1.66% of the total paid-up equity share capital of GMM Pfaudler Ltd (the "Company"), by Promoter through a sale on the separate window provided by the BSE Ltd. (the "Stock Exchange") for this purpose.

The Offer shall take place during trading hours on a separate window of the Stock Exchange and shall commence on December 12, 2014 at 9:15 a.m. (Indian Standard Time) and shall close on the same date at 3:30 p.m. (Indian Standard Time) ("Offer Date").
