Issue size Rs. 6,300 Crores (Rs.3,000 Crores + Rs.3,300 Crores). Retail investors - 8.15% for 10 years & 8.30% for 15 years - application size up to Rs.5 lacs. HNI investors - 8% for 10 years & 8.10% for 15 years - application size above Rs.5 lacs. AAA rating by CRISIL, CARE & ICRA.

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) - Issue opens on 27/01/2012

Issue size Rs.4,684 Crores (Rs.2,000 Crores + Rs.2,684 Crores). Retail investors - 8.22% for 10 years & 8.35% for 15 years - application size up to Rs.5 lacs. HNI investors - 8.10% for 10 years & 8.20% for 15 years - application size above Rs.5 lacs. AA+ rating by FITCH & CARE.
