Watch Nifty
Ø Short Covering helped to close above the psychological level of 4700. On the daily chart the 14 day RSI and stochastic indicators looks moving up from oversold conditions and if Nifty moves above 4720 would attract levels of 4760/4790.However, If NIFTY closes above 4790 on weekly basis and then we could see 4855 / 4930 levels. On the downside the support will be at 4630/4540 levels. technically the outlook is likely to remain weak and trade caoutiously as profit booking expected at higher levels.
