Watch Nifty
Ø Nifty continued to move up and is near its first target of 5180-5200. We should wait to see if Nifty can close above 5200 for its further move up. It still has many hurdles on the way up and making any statement on its strength is premature. It is also possible for it to see atleast one more leg down. However it is best to go with the trend and have trailing stops. Investors who have longs near 4700/4800 can move stops to cost and watch. Partial profit booking near 5200 would not be a bad idea.
Ø For 08/09, Nifty's resistance is expected near 5200(+/-10pts).
