We believe the share price will fall relative to the country index over the next 60 days.
The Bombay Stock Exchange announced on June 17, 2001, that the stock will be excluded from the BSE Sensex effective
August 8, 2011. We believe this could create pressure on the stock as investors benchmarked to the Sensex may have to
sell out of the stock.
We estimate that there is about a 70% to 80% or "very likely" probability for the scenario.
