·      Unitech Ltd is planning to invest `20bn this fiscal in construction of new projects.

·      HCL Technologies Ltd has signed Master Global Alliance agreement with JDA Software.

·      IndusInd Bank has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with leading home-loans lender HDFC to sell the latter's home loans for purchase, construction, extension and renovation of residences by individuals.

·      Oriental Bank of Commerce has raised its base rate and benchmark prime lending rate by 50 basis points each to 10 percent and 14.25 percent, respectively, effective May 5.

·      BPCL will raise capacity at its just commissioned Bina refinery in Madhya Pradesh to 9 million tones.
