in all their bulk import tenders of power equipment from overseas suppliers. The
move is aimed at accelerating the building up of domestic manufacturing capabilities
for these machines and reduce import dependence. (FNLE)
M&M (MM IN) is working on electric variants of its Gio and Maxximo light CVs
platforms, which it says will be ready in the next six to eight months. The company
said it is looking at a significant electricity driven vehicle portfolio under its umbrella.
