FULL STOP ON TEASER HOME LOANS
ICICI Bank and HDFC have decided to discontinue the teaser rate scheme that entail cheaper home loans to new borrowers. While ICICI Bank has decided to do it with immediate effect, HDFC's scheme of dual rate home loan, which was to expire today, will not be extended. SBI has not decided on extending teaser rate yet.

NOVEMBER AUTO SALES SLOW DOWN
November auto sales indicated a slowdown post festive season. Maruti was up 28.18%, M&M 18% and Tata Motors registered just 1% growth.
