OUTLOOK

Indian market is likely to regain volatility as deteriorating fiscal situation due to lower than expected tax collections and higher than expected subsidies prompts investors to sell Equities. However, strong liquidity flows coupled with expectations of actions from government to tackle the deteriorating fundamentals of the economy may also prompt investors to BUY on Declines, thus keeping the market in a broad range. The Finance Minister has said on Weekend that harsh measures needs to be taken to tackle the fiscal situation of the country. He also said that the country needs strong domestic growth drivers to boost investments. These statements clearly indicates that the government is likely to take bold measures to bolster growth. BUY LICHF, Infosys, Tata Steel, Hindustan Lever, Bharti Airtel with investment perspective and Unitech and  Sintex with trading perspective.
