Bharti launches 3G international video calling
Bharti Airtel (Bharti) has launched the international video calling facility for its 3G
customers in India. This service will allow customers to leverage Bharti internet on 3G for
making international video calls, currently available for 227 international countries. Bharti
reported more than 2mn 3G customers as of April 2011. Bharti’s 3G customers in India
will be charged `14/min for making video calls to countries like U.S., Canada and
Bangladesh and `20/min for video calls to UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and
Oman. We maintain our Accumulate rating on the stock with a target price of `429.
