DB Corp. launches 3rd edition of Dainik Divya Marathi from Jalagaon
DB Corp. announced the launch of its third edition of Marathi language newspaper Dainik
Divya Marathi from Jalagaon (Maharashtra) on September 10, 2011. This is the
company’s second launch during the quarter. Earlier the company had successfully
launched Nashik edition of Dainik Divya Marathi on July 3, 2011. The company has a
history of maximum number of successful launches and has always shown aggression in
expanding to new states and languages compared to its peers. We have factored in the
increase in newsprint price due to higher circulation owing to new launches and higher
number of loss-making editions. At the CMP, the stock is trading at 13.4x FY2013E EPS.
We maintain our Buy view on the stock with a target price of `302.
