Dividend Yield Funds - Ideal during testing times
--------------------------- --------------------------
As the name suggests, the Dividend Yield Funds will invest in companies where there are chances of attractive dividend payout. Logically, dividend yield measures the amount of dividend received in proportion to the stock price. This is one of the vital parameter in case of a value investment. Fundamentally, if a company is paying attractive dividend, it means profits are good and there is sufficient cash flow for distribution of dividend. On the other hand, a lower share price suggests that the stock is worth investing. A Dividend Yield Fund will identify value stocks like this and invest in them.
