Equity Buy/Sell (Technical View)

Ø  Investors can buy into the following scrips around the support levels indicated :

o   HDFC ~ 680 & 610 ;

o   HDFC Bk. ~ 435, 400 ;

o   Hero Motors ~ 1950, 1860.

COMMODITIES:

Ø  Investors have been caught unawares in the sudden volatility and sharp declines in both gold and silver. For the sake of clarity, we reiterate that the long term outlook on both the precious metals is very good. The near term however is unclear and we expect sharp pull backs and reversals in the next few sessions.

Ø  Our advice to investors is to wait and watch from the sidelines over the next few sessions till clarity emerges. For those who are still long, the stop would be around 41,150 for silver and 23,000 in the case of gold. One could also use any reaction to average near the support levels with tight stops.
