n HH dispatched 501,111 2W's in December 2010, thereby posting a strong 33%
YoY growth over December 2009 volumes of 375,838 units.
n On MoM basis sales were higher by 18.9%. This is the second instance for the
company posting sales in excess of half a million units.
n In volume terms, 3QFY11 has been the company's best quarter with volume of
1.43mn units.
n Post successful split from Honda Motors, we now expect the Hero group to go
aggressively in the domestic market.
n HH's sales in the medium to long run is expected to receive further boost from
the export markets as the company is now free to sell their product globally.
n HH's YTD growth rate has increased significantly in the past quarter and now
stands at 15.7% as against 9.5% at the end of 2QFY11.
n Moving ahead, we expect the company to clock monthly sales of more than half
a million on a regular basis
