Hero Honda hikes product prices by 1.5–2.5%
Hero Honda has hiked the prices of its models by 1.5–2.5% to offset the rising input costs.
The price increase amounts to `500 for entry segment models, while the company’s highend
models Karizma and ZMR have the highest hike of `1,500. The price increase by Hero
Honda comes on expected lines, considering the increase in the prices of its key raw
materials such as natural rubber and steel. We maintain our Neutral view on the stock.
