·         As there was oversubscription in Category I, on the 1^st Day of the Issue Period i.e. 15^th January 2014, proportionate allotment has been made to all the Valid Applications bid on 1^st Day of the Issue in Category I

·         As Category II to was unsubscribed, the unsubscribed portion has been first allocated to Category IV and balance unsubscribed portion has been allocated to Category III

·         Category IV has been oversubscribed on the last day of the Issue period i.e. January 27, 2014. However, the under subscription in Category II has been first allocated to Category IV, in terms of the Prospectus Tranche-I. Accordingly Full & Firm Allotment is made to all Valid Applications who have bid under Category IV

·         Category III has been oversubscribed on second day of the Issue Period i.e. January 16, 2014. However, under subscription in Category II after adjustment in Category IV, has been allocated to Category III. Accordingly Full and Firm Allotment has been made to all Valid Applications who have bid in Category III on the first day of the Issue Period i.e. January 15, 2014 and proportionate allotment has been made to Applications bid on the second day of Issue period i.e. January 16, 2014
