Mr. Murari Agarwal, Mr. Ravindra Agrawal and Vishwambharlal Bhoot (the "Sellers") form part of the promoter of Mudra Lifestyle Limited ("the Company") has submitted to BSE a Notice of Offer for sale of approximately 51,80,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each, representing 10.79% of the total paid-up share capital of the Company through a sale on the separate window provided by the BSE Ltd. (the "Stock Exchange") for this purpose.
The Sale shall take place on the separate window of the Stock Exchange and shall commence on September 26, 2014 at 9.15 a.m. (Indian Standard Time) and shall close on September 26, 2014 at 3:30 p.m. (Indian Standard Time) ("Sale Date").
