Micro Retail Ltd is engaged in the area of retailing the range of Electronic
Security, Software and messaging Products for vehicle, premises, and other
assets.
Joint Venture:
In view of Company's increased presence in Australia, MTIL has incorporated a
Pty Ltd Company in the country of Australia by the name of Micro Technologies
Limited (MTL). MTIL holds a 45% stake in the equity of MTL.
