·      Tata Global Beverages is in talks to sell about 20 percent in its international operations to a strategic investor and expects to close a deal in the next few months.

·      Ramky Infrastructure has bagged orders aggregating to Rs582.15Cr across industrial, water and waster water and building verticals.

·      The Supreme Court would start its final hearing on the $125mn ONGC contract for laying offshore pipelines along the country's west coast in the first week of July.

·      Adani Enterprises will have a combined power generation capacity to the tune of 18,500 MW by year 2020 and control 32% share in overall power produce in the country.

·      UTV Software Communications has not received any proposal from The Walt Disney Co to increase the latter's stake in the Indian media firm.
