Buzzing Stocks

·      Infosys has acquired Gen-i’s Software Solutions for `180mn and offered positions to its more than 110 employees and contractors, who will continue to be based in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

·      IVRCL has bagged projects worth `900Cr to implement several projects in the water, buildings, power and transportation division to be implementing in Gujarat and West Bengal, Tamil Nadu and Dubai.

·      GAIL and ONGC are interested in buying part of ExxonMobil Corp's stake in Kazakhstan's Kashagan oil field.

·      Tata Motors plans to raise up to $500mn overseas through external commercial borrowings over the next two months.

·      Aurobindo Pharma has received final approval from the USFDA to manufacture and market Alprazolam Extended-Release Tablets 0.5mg, 1mg, 2mg and 3mg.

·      Elder Pharmaceuticals plans to launch about 35 new products in the next 30 months.
