NIIT Ltd. gets farm ministry training contract
NIIT Ltd. has got a contract from the Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India, to offer
specialised IT training program to the users of National Animal Disease Reporting System
(NADRS) to facilitate adoption of modern approach for livestock farming. The objective of
the training is to equip users of NADRS with basic computer knowledge, which can help
them manage their work efficiently and stay updated with contemporary IT knowledge. In
the first phase, this country-wide training program is expected to train approximately 7,700
users over the next 15 days. We maintain Buy on the stock with a Target Price of `70
