·      DLF plans to launch one of the costliest residential projects in Delhi offering 38 luxury housing units at a price range of Rs150-250mn.

·      DB Realty is in advanced negotiations with Oberoi Realty to sell nearly 30,000 sq metre of transferable development rights for around 2,300 per sq ft, 20% lower than the current market price.

·      Rel comm has added 3.22mn mobile users in January, taking its total number customers to 128.9mn.

·      SAIL could soon set up a 3mn ton per annum steel plant in Mongolia.

·      M&M says all cases filed against it by its former distribution partner, Global Vehicles Inc, in the US have been dismissed.

·      NTPC is planning to step up its negotiated purchase of low-ash Rani gunj coal from Coal India from2.5mn tons to 5mn tons.

·      Andhra Bank plans to raise Rs6.18bn by way of allotting preferential shares to the Government of India.
