Watch Nifty

Ø  Nifty has convincingly reacted to 5300, piercing all support levels. One has to keenly see whether if this level ( +/- 50 pts.) is held. If it is violated on a closing basis, the next significant supports are around 5100 and 4800. However, in the short term, a pull back is on the cards.

Ø  Nifty's support for 09/02 is expected around 5250 ( +/- 10 pts.)
