The Nifty futures’ open interest increased by 6.94%
while Minifty futures’ open interest decreased by
9.56% as market closed at 5987.70 levels.
The Nifty Nov future closed at a premium of 76.25
points, against a premium of 54.95 points in the last
trading session. On the other hand, Dec future closed
at a premium of 90.35 points.
The PCR-OI decreased from 1.18 to 1.10 points.
The Implied volatility of At-the-money options for
November series decreased from 19.75% to 19.50%,
even market volatility increased.
The total OI of the market is `2,01,197cr and the
stock futures OI is `55,162cr.
Rollover for Nifty futures is 69.26%, Minifty futures is
61.71%, while market-wide rollover is 81.38%.

FIIs were net sellers in the Index futures and the
stock futures. They were net sellers of Rs950cr in the
cash market segment.
Yesterday, 6300 and 6500 call options added
significant open interest. On the other hand, most
of the put options have shown substantial build up
in open interest.
HDFCBANK has added significant open interest in
the past few trading sessions. Stock is showing
immediate support around current levels. It is
advisable to trade with positive bias for the target
price of `2350 (Spot) with a stop loss of
`2210 (spot).
JINDALSAW has corrected from higher levels
mainly due to long unwinding. We may again see a
positive move in this stock. Thus, it is advisable to
buy around `215 for the target price of `228 with a
stop loss of `208.
